At The Michener Institute, you have three main accounts. You may forget the password to one or all of these accounts, in which case you will need to reset it. This password automatically expires every 90 days, so you will be forced to reset it then at the webmail login page, located at https://outlook.office.com. If you forget your password or would like to reset it earlier, you will need to contact the helpdesk via phone, email or ticket.

Your Blackboard password does not expire. If you need to reset it you can do so by going to michener.blackboard.com and clicking "Forgot Your Password?". If you are unable to complete this process, the helpdesk can also reset your password during business hours and firstname.lastname@example.org can do so after hours.
Your Self-Service portal account password can only be reset using the tool available at students.michener.ca. On that page, click the "Forgot My Password" link and follow the instructions. The helpdesk cannot reset this password for you, although we can happily assist you with the process if you're having trouble.
